24- From which date the sugar sector has been regulated by an exclusive law in Turkey?

Sugar sector has been regulated by  an exclusive law since 1956. Between 1956-2001 the Sugar Law no 6747 had been in force and then the current Sugar Law no 4634 has been entered into force on 19/04/2001.
